Hey there! I’m Tim Tighe…

I was born in Cincinnati, Ohio, in 1952, one of seven children. Nature and the outdoors have been my passion since an early age starting with hunting and fishing local creeks with a line wrapped around a piece of wood.

I began fishing for bass in earnest as an adult. I am still fascinated by the challenge of consistently catching big fish and I have developed my own system to achieve this goal. I have been blessed with numerous fishing related milestones such as numerous big fish catches, trips to several world class fisheries such as Lake Fork, Sam Rayborn Lake, Lake Falcon, all in Texas as well as Lake Okeechobee in Florida and the famous Lake Guntersville in Alabama.

I have done the Elite Series Marshall experience twice on Lake Guntersville which allowed enlightening education from such famous fishermen as Shaw Grigsby, Gary Klein, Jared Lintner, Russ Lane and Kevin Wirth. I’ve won several tournaments and have accumulated numerous awards such as Angler of the Year, and Top Six in bass club circuits. All this while getting a Bachelor’s degree in evening college and working 12 or more hours a day to raise a family.

I recently retired after a successful 32 year aerospace career after several Manufacturing Manager positions to pursue my passion. What motivates me now is to pass my knowledge on to others who are interested in the outdoors to achieve their potential in fishing and hunting.

My top priority is to provide you an enjoyable outdoor experience with a focus on education.
