I caught them well today catching 13 keepers and some smaller fish with the biggest being 4.5 pounds. The Harpeth River is 75 degrees and in relatively good shape in relation to clarity and the main lake is 66 degrees and still stained. I caught these fish flipping soft plastics next to wood in the Harpeth River but I noticed a lot of the fish are starting to move offshore in pursuit of shad. My electronics are key tools here and I will expand on this today as I probe the deeper areas and portions of the main lake. I’ll let you know what I found in my next post later this week.
